April has been the Executive Director for the Utah Association of Nurse Anesthetists since 2010. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Brigham Young University in 2004 and a Master’s degree in Public Health from Westminster College in 2010. April worked in higher education at the University of Utah and Westminster College from 2004 to 2017.
April grew up in Paradise, California. She moved to Utah in 1997 and lived there for approximately 20 years. She is married to her husband, Spencer, and they have 7 children. They currently reside in Chico, California. She enjoys running and has completed 4 marathons and several half marathons. She also enjoys traveling internationally.
