As part of our dynamic team, you will rotate between two hospitals and occasionally cover shifts at a surgery center.
Experience the freedom to practice with medical supervision rather than rigid direction. Our diverse cases encompass ortho, spine, general, podiatry, GYN, ENT, labor and delivery, and some pediatrics, ensuring a varied and stimulating work environment.
Work rotations are split within the two hospitals. Weekday calls are limited to one of the three facilities, averaging just once per week. Financially compensated weekend calls at the second hospital occur approximately 10 times per year. At our practice, we prioritize excellent patient care while valuing the well-being of our team.
